All the information and links for Hideaway Cottage
Hideaway Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage tucked away, as its name alludes, in the very heart of the pretty village of Ampleforth, which lies just 19 miles from the historic City of York.
The village boasts two thriving public houses, a well-stocked village store and a lovely coffee shop.
This quaint cottage is filled with natural light and has recently been renovated by the owners Emma and Tim, who have created a real home from home. The sitting room has a cosy log burner and comfy sofas for relaxing at the end of a day out walking, while the separate dining room/conservatory looks out over the pretty cottage garden and terrace, perfect for gathering to catch up on the day’s adventures.
Outside you will find a pretty terraced garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, while the garden bench is the perfect spot for enjoying a sundowner as you take in the delights of this lovely private garden.
Hideaway Cottage has ample, free on-street parking and welcomes dogs. (One dog is welcome – Please ask before booking if you would like to bring more than 1)
